Cancellation Policy
Clients will be charge a 35% cancellation fee for any no call no-shows. If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not made prior arrangements or notification services will not be able to be completed. Clients that have a medical or family emergency will have this fee waived. I understand that emergencies happen please feel free to reach out if you have questions regarding the cancellation policy.
